101 AND COUNTING
YES..I would like to lose 101 pounds. I had a "wake up call" the other day which made me realize this is serious business. I am 48 years old and have not been normal weight since 3rd grade (so my mother told me) Until now I never reallly looked at my self as being a "fat person". I dont have high blood pressure, my cholesterol is under 200, I am not diabetic and I don't take any medications. Therefore...I am a healty person right? People have always told me that "I wear it well"..How comforting an reassuring is that? Recently I put away my summer clothes. I wanted to just toss em all thinking next spring 2011 they would all be way too big. I had doubts so I packed them away. I have recently decided to not ever unpack those sizes again. Last night I weighed in at 266 with 51% body fat. How can that be? It can. So....with the help of good friends, a healthy "normal food" diet and lots of exercise, I am embarking on a Quest to lose 101 pounds.
