I just finished my Pilates reformer class and then week 3 day 3 of the C25K running program. I did a little extra today mostly due to the great music I have on my IPOD.. I love to listen to Coldplay, Madonna (vogue), Alice Deejay, Simply Red, U2, Aerosmith and more... and my anthem song Queen "don't stop me now". My musical likings sure have changed...from only hard rock to just about anything.
About a month ago I went to a Millionaire Mind Intensive weekend. I think the "One Thing" I took away from the weekend is to do "One Thing a day" to help me achieve my dreams and help me meet my goals. It is amazing how much you can get done after the "One Thing" is done. It does free you up to do other things.
